Important Change Coming!
Corporation Division fees will increase beginning February 27, 2010.
Under voter approved Ballot Measure 67, Corporation Division fees will increase, contributing up to $30 million dollars to the General Fund during the 2011-2013 biennium. The portion of each filing that goes to the Corporation Division does not change. It continues to be $20 of each filing; all the rest goes to the General Fund to support public education, health and safety.
- Articles of formation, supplements and annuals on for-profit Corporate entities - $100 domestic;
$275 foreign. - Assumed Business Names (ABN) and Nonprofits (NP) - Remain $50, foreign and domestic.
Note that the fees for Oregon's smallest businesses and nonprofits (ABN and NP) are not going up.
The first fee increase in more than 15 years has been granted to make the Uniform Commercial Code and Notary Public sections self-sustaining.
All UCC filings will increase to $15.
Notary commission applications will be $40.
These changes apply only to filings received by the Corporation Division after February 27, 2010.
