Reinstate a Business
Forget to file your annual report and need to reinstate your business entity?
If your business was "administratively dissolved" for failure to file an annual report within the last five years, you may be able to request to have the business entity reinstated.
• Business entities that have been administratively dissolved longer than five years cannot be reinstated. Go to our Forms page to create a new business entity. • Inactive assumed business name registrations cannot be reinstated. Go to Register Online to file a new assumed business name. |
