Renewal Help
Annual reports and renewal forms are mailed approximately forty-five days prior to the renewal due date. To complete the annual report or registration renewal process:
Select one option for payment of the renewal fee. Go to our Fees page for renewal fees.
1. Renew online to review and update information using a VISA or MasterCard over our secure system. (Web Renewal Help)
2. Renew by mail.
a. Detach the coupon from the renewal notice and mail with your check in the envelope provided.
b. Review registration information online at Business Registry Database
c. If any of your business information is incorrect, go to our Forms page to access forms to update registration information.
d. Mail completed forms to: Corporation Division
