Select Corporation Division fees will increase beginning February 27, 2010. |
Under voter-approved Ballot Measure 67, select Corporation Division fees will increase February 27, 2010, contributing up to $30 million dollars to the General Fund during the 2011-2013 biennium to support public education, health and safety.
- Assumed Business Names (ABN), Trademarks and all Nonprofits - remain $50.
- Articles of formation, supplements and annual reports on for-profit Corporate entities - will increase to $100 domestic; $275 foreign.
- All UCC filings will increase to $15, fee last increased in 1993.
- Notary commission applications will be $40, fee last increased in 1989.
