For all first-time Oregon Notary applicants, and prior Oregon Notaries renewing after commission expiration:
A mandatory 3-hour training course is required along with the application, exam and filing fee.
You may either attend a Live Seminar or take the Online Tutorial & Exam to complete the training.

For all Oregon Notaries renewing with a current commission:
Submit the application, exam and the filing fee.
