Maintenance Notices

The Oregon Secretary of State offices and their partners may perform regular maintenance on their data center servers and database backups weekly from 10pm PST on Saturday through 10am PST on Sunday. This means that various Oregon Secretary of State applications, including Business Search, Central Business Registry, UCC, Notary search, and others may be unavailable or have limited functionality during these periods.

In addition to the weekly maintenance window, periodic server upgrades will be performed on the following days which may also result in application unavailability.
