Farm Products Registration & Master List

To receive protection for clear title under Oregon's Central Filing System Law for Farm Products
(ORS 80.109-112), a buyer of farm products, commission merchant, or selling agent must be registered
with the Secretary of State and secure a waiver or release of the specific farm product from the secured
party listed in the Master List.

Use form FPR-1 to register as a buyer of farm products, commission merchant, or selling agent.

The Master List will be posted as an Excel spreadsheet by the 9th of each month.
In response to customer demand and in order to provide a more comprehensive search of all Agricultural Filings (EFS, ASL, APL, and GL), the Farm Products Master List is being changed to be a “Search by Debtor” process. After filtering the listing down to the debtor name you want, you have access to review all the images that are associated online to determine what is subject to the lien. This procedure is similar to the method we've used in recent years, so there should be less confusion. If you need more help, please consult the tab on the list labeled "Help."

FARM PRODUCTS MASTER LIST (Excel)

Effective March 2012: The Farm Products Master List will only include farm product liens that have not lapsed, as required by ORS 80.118. To access farm product liens for up to one year after the lapse date, use the online UCC Search available at www.filinginoregon.com.

Farm Products Image Hyperlink Change:
We are upgrading our image storage software. Images available via the Farm Products Master List hyperlink will change after Monday 10/22/12. Any Farm Products Master Lists downloaded prior to Tuesday, October 23th will need to be re-download if you want to access the images through the hyperlink embedded on the Master List.
