The purpose of the UCC program is to create a public notice of records of debt, to establish priority of claim for the secured party in the event of a bankruptcy by the debtor.The Secretary of State, Corporation Division is beginning the first phase of implementing a new filing and search system for the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) program, which is to migrate from our current system to the new system. UCC Record Search UCC Search Help Ending Noise Words List
It is the policy of this office to periodically clean-up the UCC database of filings no longer legally required to be of record, i.e. filings older than one year after lapse. This means that a search made before cleanup may find long-lapsed records that the same search after the cleanup will not. Date of last cleanup: June 1, 2010.

Effective March 2012: The Farm Products Master List will only include farm product liens that have not lapsed, as required by ORS 80.118. To access farm product liens for up to one year after the lapse date, use the online UCC Search available at www.filinginoregon.com.
Farm Products Image Hyperlink Change:
We are upgrading our image storage software. Images available via the Farm Products Master List hyperlink will change after Monday 10/22/12. Any Farm Products Master Lists downloaded prior to Tuesday, October 23th will need to be re-download if you want to access the images through the hyperlink embedded on the Master List.
