Oregon law has changed. Individual renewal notices are no longer mailed to Secured Parties; instead, a renewal report is now provided in an electronic format on this page.

To receive an email notice when new renewal reports are posted and available to download each January and July.


	To continue the financing statement or effective financing statement, a secured party may file a continuation statement or an initial financing statement under section 191 or 192, chapter 445, Oregon Laws 2001.

Please be sure that continuations are submitted to the Secretary of State before the lapse date, but not earlier than 6 months before the lapse date.

Renewal Tips! When filing UCC or EFS continuation statements, please:

Correct any errors, including Debtor and Secured Party names and addresses.
Update the Secured Party, if assignments were not previously recorded.
Use the appropriate form. UCC-3 EFS-3
Review forms and information carefully prior to filing.
Include the correct fee for each filing.
