Renewal Help

	Nonprofit Corporations must complete a full annual report every year and therefore are not eligible to    renew online. Click here for information on printing a duplicate full annual report.

Annual reports and renewal forms are mailed approximately forty-five days prior to the renewal due date. To complete the annual report or registration renewal process:

1. Go to the Business Registry Database to verify the business information currently on file with the
     Corporation Division.

2. Select one option for payment of the renewal fee.
    a. Renew online using a VISA or MasterCard over our secure system.
    b. Renew by mail. Detach the coupon from the renewal notice and mail with your check in the
        envelope provided.

3. If any of your business information is incorrect, go to our Forms page to access forms to update
    registration information. There is no fee to update registration information.

4. If your entity could not be renewed due to inactive associated name(s) and your business is an
    assumed business name, an amendment form 102 must be completed to change the registrant.
